ALL STEAMED UP . . .
About the visit of Thomas the Tank Engine to Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens, everybody was there - or so it seemed. They may be old fashioned, they may be noisy, they may be smokey (oh that wonderful smell!) but they still have an enormouse following and are very willing to pose for a snap or two. Here is Thomas and one of his little friends (also wearing his 'face' for the special day) Oh, and not forgeting The Fat Controller enjoying a ride on the venerable gallopers ride - 110 years old!

ahem... I would not say the Controller is 'fat' - he is just a typically jovial, well built East Anglian guy... :)
(lovely pics, again)
Not my definition, that's what the Rev Awdry (author of the Thomas Tank Engine books)dubbed him.
(*on a joking tone*) let's call him Sir Topham Hatt - just in case... ;)
